VFI builds climbing wall for MTN Sciencentre

Venture Forth has just completed construction of a climbing wall for the MTN Sciencentre in Canal Walk. We decided to sponsor the construction of the wall to further the education of South Africa’s youth and expose more people to the wonders of rock climbing and mountaineering. The climbing wall will be further enhanced in the near future with a display about the “science of mountaineering”. We would like to thank Gecko Grips for the donation of the climbing wall grips and E E Meyer Cabinet Makers for the donation of the timber for the frame.
